Hello! Welcome to Waxpert Expert Waxing. My name is Caroline and I offer a Male & Female full body waxing service. Fully qualified with 14 years industry experience using the latest advanced wax products. I also offer electrolysis hair and blemish removal/ reduction. I can very quickly remove skin tags and reduce moles. I have a private in house clinic room with free parking. I am registered with ECDC and fully insured. I am also a waxing tutor so there’s nothing I haven’t seen or waxed.
FAQ’s
How long does my hair need to be to get waxed?
Ideally at least half a cm and preferably not have shaved in the last two weeks.
How long will waxing last?
If you have moved from shaving it can take a few treatments to get all the hair on to the same growth cycle but once that has been achieved it can last up to four weeks.
Cancellations
Please give me at least 24 hours notice or the full amount will be payable. I’m quite relaxed with this as I know sometimes shit happens but please remember this is my livelihood.
Deposit
A 10% deposit is required to secure an appointment.
How can I pay?
By card or cash please.
Can I park?
Yes you can, but please do not block my neighbours driveway. If there isn’t a space in front of my garage please wait until there is.
Can I bring a guest?
Generally I prefer you to come alone unless it’s a joint appointment. If that’s an issue feel free to contact me to discuss.
Can I bring my child?
Yes, if they can be contained in a buggy or do not move. I have hot wax and equipment which is dangerous for kids. I am very kid friendly but can’t wax and babysit.
What if I’m late?
I can usually cope with this but If you are more than 15 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled and charged.
Can I change my appointment?
Yes as long as it’s over 24 hours you can log on to your account and change your appointment.
I’m under 18 can I be waxed?
Yes with a guardian who is 18 or over but unfortunately I cannot offer intimate waxing to under 18’s.
I’ve got my period, can I still wax?
100% yes!
I’m pregnant, can I still wax?
You can be waxed in the second and third trimester.
Can you offer a waxing master class? Yes I can as long as you already have a waxing qualification. Please contact me to find out more.
